Fischer wanted to be like little sister... so we wrapped him up too!
2 weeks ago Kennedy had her first trip to the ER. As we pulled up to the grocery store I rolled up the car windows in the back and Kennedy had her finger in it. The horrible "irk" of her scream... caused panic.. I managed to clear my mind and roll the window back down all the while yelling and asking Josh if we needed to drive to the ER!
Long story short... it fractured the tip of her finger and busted off the nail... the Dr. numbed her finger with a total of 6 shots and then finished removing the nail... the Dr. explained to us that the opening where nail is might close up and she would never have a nail again... so he adhearded the nail to her finger again in hopes that it will keep it open and a new nail grow back in.
She is now done with her antibiotics given to her for a open fracture and we have moved on to just a bandaid over her finger nail! She was quite the trooper all 2 weeks and forgave her mommy for rolling her finger up! ;)
